Amended Complaints

Below you will find links to the complaints in each of the respective actions in this litigation. At the commencement of each action, individual complaints were filed. In 2002, after the consolidation of the individual cases pertaining to each issuer, and after coordination of the 309 actions in this coordinated action for pretrial purposes, Consolidated Amended Complaints were filed, along with an accompanying set of Master Allegations which provide supplemental information, primarily regarding the Underwriter Defendants. In most instances, these Amended Complaints continue to serve as the pending complaints in these cases. However, in 2007, Second Amended Complaints and Amended Master Allegations were filed in 6 cases in response to the conclusions reached by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in its ruling vacating the district court's order certifying the classes in those 6 cases. Accordingly, the Second Amended Complaints in those six cases, denoted by an asterisk, are available at the respective link.
